King Kula II- Our special release to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary! King Kula is a more robust version of our flagship “Kula” Golden Pineapple Wheat Ale, that has been aged in Caribbean Spiced Rum Barrels (Cadenhead, Trinidad), on just enough toasted coconut for a subtle balance to the rum and barrel character. 7.5% abv
Mo' Juice, Mo' Cloud- Highlights the bouquet of citrusy floral flavors from Mosaic hops. This New England style IPA relies more on hop aromas and flavors rather than bitterness, and is loaded with deliciously juicy haze. “Bursted” with Citra hops for minimal bittering, and then generously dry-hopped with Mosaic. There is no juice or other additives… only water, grain, yeast, and hops (lots of hops). 6.5% abv

Little Soldier - Named after our 1800s brewmaster & Civil War veteran. An American Amber Ale with balanced malt and hop.
Fun Guy - This English Brown has complex malt notes which are complimented by understated earthy Northwoods mushrooms notes from aroma to finish.
Noble IPA - An English Style IPA. 100% German malt & 100% Noble hops. Notes of strawberry and stone fruit throughout.
Two Stall - A Chocolate Milk Stout, now named after our two stall garage Taproom. A milk stout mingled with cocoa nibs.

Vanilla Jimmy Java Coffee Porter- Pigeon River Vanilla Jimmy Java is a fan favorite at the brewery. Caramel, dark chocolate malt and smooth vanilla round out this dark porter. Enjoy a Jimmy Java with dessert, or use it as dessert all on its own. ABV 5.0%
Old Fashioned Beer- Our newest Project X series beer is one that comes from Travis Sullivan who was the winner of the Fond du Lac brewfest. What started out as a Spiced Belgain, was then transformed into a beer that contains the long loved flavors of a Wisconsin Brandy Old Fashioned. To achieve these flavors we used cherries, oranges, aged oak chips, and a special strain of yeast that gives off the aroma of bitters. ABV 6.0%
Big Drop Shandy- This beer is our rendition of a German Radler beer, where we pair together the flavor of a light crisp beer with Sundrop Soda and lemonade. Shawano County is known for its love of Sundrop, so we found it fitting to blend the love of beer and this soda with lemon together to delight your taste buds. ABV 3.15%
